Refund Policy

Your first purchase of any plan — monthly or annual — is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge and we will refund it in full.

Email support@wonderfolio.org from the address on your account, or use “Manage subscription” on your account page. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date — via “Manage subscription” on your account page — to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a charge that has already been made.

Renewal charges fall outside the 14-day first-purchase window and are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and is consistent with applicable consumer-protection law.
