How do I log into the app after subscribing?
After checkout you'll receive an email with a link to set your password — that link also verifies your email. Once your password is set, log into the app with your email and password, or with Sign in with Apple if your Apple ID uses the same email address.
I subscribed with one email, but Sign in with Apple hid my Apple ID email — now the app doesn't see my subscription.
If you chose “Hide My Email” when signing in with Apple, the app received a private relay address that doesn't match your subscription email. To fix it: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple, select Wonderfolio and choose “Stop Using Apple ID”. Then sign in again — either with your email and password, or with Sign in with Apple choosing “Share My Email” this time. Still stuck? Contact us below and we'll link the accounts manually.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account page and choose “Manage subscription” — it takes you to a secure billing portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
How do I change or reset my password?
Passwords are managed here on the website, not in the app. Change it from your account page, or use “Forgot password” on the website's login page to receive a reset link by email. The app then accepts your new password the next time you log in.
How do I delete my account?
From your account page, choose “Delete account”. This permanently removes your account and associated personal information.
Where does the financial data come from?
Company fundamentals are sourced from third-party market data providers and public filings. Data may be delayed or incomplete — see the Terms of Use for details.
Is Wonderfolio investment advice?
No. Wonderfolio is an educational research tool. It applies publicly known value-investing formulas to public data. It does not provide personalized investment advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
